電話客戶服務員 Customer Services Representative

職責:

  • 接聽及解答客戶查詢,處理客戶維修單,日常文件處理
  • 解決客戶在使用服務時遇上的技術問題及系統操作

入職要求:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE以上
  • 有客戶服務經驗者會優先

待遇:

  • 星期一至五 9:00am-6:00pm, 星期六 9:00am-1:00pm
  • 年終雙糧
  • 銀行假
