Job description:

  • Handle full set of accounting, monitor accounts payable, account receivable and follow up on customer payment with sales team
  • Prepare month-end, year- end reports, inventory report etc
  • Responsible for forecast, budget, sales planning and cash flow position. Presenting financial analysis and information to management
  • Liaise with external auditor to complete tax filings
  • Maintaining filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.


  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 5 years experience in finance and accounting experience
  • Fluent of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, strong communication skills to present detailed financial information to management
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with different departments
  • Immediately available is preferred
