Accountant or Senior Accountant – Trading – Report to foreigner*

Position Overview:

• reporting directly to Manager-Foreigner- Speaking English
• It is also understood that a person working from there would ensure closer, direct, and in-person contact with the team, improving communication and also coordination

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Management: Monitor the accounting of the Group’s companies (review of invoice recording in a timely manner, financial transactions, account reconciliations, translating financial accounting into Group-level analytics, etc.).
• Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities of the Group, primarily focused on budget control, preparation of ad-hoc financial reports, and other analyses.
• Treasury Management: Supervise the management of cash for the Group to ensure adequate liquidity and maximize the return on cash surpluses. Implement reporting methods and cash flow control.
• Tax Obligations Settlement: Prepare, monitor and submit the Group companies’ tax filings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Group complies with all applicable financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Administrative Relations with Customers and Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to coordinate the administrative management of sales.
• *Audit Support: Provide assistance during audits.
• *Support in Other Areas (Sales, Projects, and Operations): Participate in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects in interdepartmental meetings, performing financial tasks as necessary or providing support as required.
• *Process and Procedure Implementation: Develop and maintain efficient processes and procedures that enhance productivity and financial and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good in English- Speaking , need to report to Foreigner- speaking english
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactivity and problem-solving ability
