Accountant / Senior Accountant

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing group accounting, forecasting and financial analysis activities
• Support group accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial data from assigned entities
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist in consolidation of financial results across multiple entities
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and tracking variances
• Perform basic financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification
• Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for management review
• Support external and internal audit processes through data preparation and documentation
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to collect financial data and ensure timely reporting
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Support CAPEX tracking and reporting against budget
• Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of standardised finance practices
• Ensure data integrity within ERP systems and support system-related finance activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Member of HKICPA
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis within a multinational environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Experience in handling group consolidation and multi-entity financial management preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. 
• Mandarin is an asset
