Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Month-end closing and year-end closing exercises, preparation of financial and management reports.
- Handle auditors’ enquiries independently and assist in preparing ad hoc analysis as requested by management.
Successful applicant:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 3 years’ accounting and/or auditing experience gained from sizable organizations
- Experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies is definitely a plus
- Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Applications
- Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System operation will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible and detail-oriented
