- Month end closing: bank reconciliation, intercompany balance reconciliation, P&L & Balance Sheet preparation with commentary etc
- Daily Reporting: Sales & GP Analysis by salesman etc
- Week Reporting: Invoiced sales + sales orders analysis by salesman etc.
- Monthly Reporting: cash flow, forecast, vendors, PPE, private label, Equipment, sales & GP trending by brand, mid-month sales & GP detailed analysis etc
- Quarterly Reporting: Stock & AR reserve analysis, financial & non-financial footnotes, business review etc
- Budget preparation & control
- Tradeshow support: tracking sale activities & coupon consumptions
- Year-end stock count preparation
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Liaise with bank for bank facilities
- Monitoring day-to-day accounting operations
- Communicate & coordinate with internal departments
- Assign projects & direct staffs to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Support ERP implementation
- Handle ad hoc works
- Good in engliish
