Job Duties:
- Responsible for managing group accounting, forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Support group accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial data from assigned entities
- Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in consolidation of financial results across multiple entities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and tracking variances
- Perform basic financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for management review
- Support external and internal audit processes through data preparation and documentation
- Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to collect financial data and ensure timely reporting
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Support CAPEX tracking and reporting against budget
- Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of standardised finance practices
- Ensure data integrity within ERP systems and support system-related finance activities
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Member of HKICPA
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis within a multinational environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in handling group consolidation and multi-entity financial management preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Mandarin is an asset
