Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting duties and operations
- Perform basic clerical duties (e.g., data entry, filing, drafting of emails etc.)
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment, etc.)
- Work with external accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedules
- Outdoor work required
- Ad-hoc activities as requested by Supervisor
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above, with LCC&I Intermediate Book-keeping
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or Accounting Software
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
