Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting duties and operations
- Perform basic clerical duties (e.g., data entry, filing, drafting of emails, etc.)
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment etc.)
- Work with external accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedules
- Outdoor work required
- Ad-hoc activities, as requested by supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above with LCCI Intermediate
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
