Accounting & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting duties and operations
  • Perform basic clerical duties (e.g., data entry, filing, drafting of emails, etc.)
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment etc.)
  • Work with external accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedules
  • Outdoor work required
  • Ad-hoc activities, as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with LCCI Intermediate
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
