Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting duties and operation
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment etc.)
- Work with external Accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedule
- Perform basic clerical duties (e.g. data entry, filing, drafting of emails)
- Outdoor work required
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above with LCC&I Intermediate Certificate
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
- Fresh Graduate is also consider as Accounts Clerk
- Immediate available is preferred
