Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting duties and operations
- Perform basic clerical duties (e.g. data entry, filing, drafting or emails, etc.)
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment, etc.)
- Work with external accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedules
- Ad-hoc activities as requested by Supervisor
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with LCC&I Intermediate Book-keeping
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
