Accounting and Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting duties and operations
  • Perform basic clerical duties (e.g. data entry, filing, drafting or emails, etc.)
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including sales billing, credit control, debts collection and supplier payment, etc.)
  • Work with external accountants to prepare monthly management account, year-end audit schedules
  • Ad-hoc activities as requested by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above with LCC&I Intermediate Book-keeping
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or accounting software
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
