Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general account duties, issuing cheques, accounting vouchers bank reconciliation
• Clerical support such as data entry and document filing
• Coordinate new and current customers’ enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments and factories for task processing
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Diploma or LCC Intermediate or above
• At least 1-year related working experience, Self-motivated
• Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Immediate available highly preferred
