Responsibilities :
- Ordering (water, stationery, colours)
- Handle medical and property insurance
- Keep staff in/out records
- Apply visa
- Arrange annual dinner
- Travel arrangements
Requirements :
- High Diploma or Degree holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and Proficient in Chinese Typing
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
