Administration Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including invoice checking, office supplies procurement, repair and maintenance, etc
  • Handle clerical duties including data entry, report preparation and filing work
  • Backup for general reception duties such as handling courier services, incoming & outgoing mails when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc tasks designated by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • 1 years experience in office administration is preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese input is a must
