Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Checking and approve quotation from project team
  • Handle and keep record of petty cash and expenses reimbursement
  • Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering stationery and pantry sundries supplies and travel arrangement
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma of above
  • At least 2 years or relevant administrative experience
  • Have basic knowledge of ERP, especially SAP will be an advantage
