Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing company events
- Checking and approve quotation from project team
- Handle and keep record of petty cash and expenses reimbursement
- Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering stationery and pantry sundries supplies and travel arrangement
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma of above
- At least 2 years or relevant administrative experience
- Have basic knowledge of ERP, especially SAP will be an advantage
