Headquartered in Denmark, our client is a listed corporation (Nasdaq). It provides electronic products and is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including office procurement, assets management/maintenance, telecommunications management and invoice verification
- Act as a Receptionist to greet incoming customer.
- Support day to day courier services, handling incoming calls.
- Prepare reports, data entry and documentation works.
- Arrange order for stationary, printing matter, pantry items and office supplies.
- Assist in HR administration duties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 3 years’ experience in front office and administration work environment preferred.
- Quick learner and able to handle task independently
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
