Job Description

Listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), our client is a sizable MNC providing electronic solutions. It has ~300 staff in HK and is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following post:

(Renewable contract, 5-day, 12AL, bonus, medical, 9:00am-6:00pm)

Duties:

  • –          Provide clerical & administrative support including meeting room reservation, courier
  • –          Mailing arrangement, company e-mails and fax distribution, office supplies ordering & replenishment, staff card arrangement;
  • –          Responsible for the daily operation of reception counter includes handle incoming calls & reception enquiries, guest greetings and visitor registration;
  • –          Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • –          Diploma holder or above preferably in Administration/ Business
  • –          2 years + experience as a Admin/ Receptionist from sizable companies
  • –          Service-oriented with good telephone manner
  • –          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • –          Proficiency in full suite of MS Office
  • –          Immediately available is preferred
