Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
- Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
- Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
- Prepare reports for management review
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is definitely an advantage
- Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
