Job Duties:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, business appointment
- Book hotel, tickets
- Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
- Compile quality reports and presentations, assist in other projects as assigned
- Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
- 2 years relevant experience in secretary or office admin
- Excellent time management skills and able to do multi-task and prioritize work
- Able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
