- Team Management – Support immediate and wider team, via engagement and enablement, to deliver against key objectives, upholding outstanding service levels for internal and external customers at all times
- End to End Spare Parts Control Management and Monitoring – Manage and monitor spare part for assigned products
- Vendor Management – Continuous management and review of supplier base and performance against business requirements on trading terms, product, price, supply and quality.
- Spare Parts Order Reporting – produce and maintain relevant reporting and summaries for assigned products
- Diploma or above
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience or in after sales service in Home appliance and spare parts control
- Good data organization and presentation skills
- Willing to learn, hardworking, pleasant character with customer service orientated attitude
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
