After Sales Service Manager – Vehicle / Elevator / Machinery – Maintenance

Responsibilities:
 

  • Sustain the account to ensure the account renew successful at coming contract renewal
  • Handle escalated cases from customers and collaborate with relevant departments. Resolve complaint cases from customers through written/ verbal replies in a customer-centric and professional manner.
  • Actively engage with team members to nurture team morale and engagement.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while leading a team of around in an efficient and productive manner
  • Enhance operating procedure and a marketable service improvement continually
  • Monitor and make sure to meet contract
  • Fulfill all contract scope and ensure sure all overcharges have been arranged on-time
  • Good Communicate between team and customer to make best benefits for each party
  • Resource arrangement for contract scope, non-office job, regular tasks, leave arrangement and Ad-hoc request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Min. 8 years relevant experience in the After sales service in vehicle, machinery or elevator , strong in management 
  • Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers
  • Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
