Assistant Accountant – Consolidation Account – Trading / Buying office

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily accounting operations within the accounting team.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee and prepare cash flow reports, financial forecasts, and budgeting analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors for interim and final audits.
  • Regularly review and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle payments and settlements with banks and internal parties.
  • Design and implement financial systems to support operations.
  • Support intercompany transactions and representative offices.
  • Coordinate with overseas auditors for representative office audits.
  • Identify and resolve financial and operational issues proactively.
  • Using Vlook up, pivot table

Requirement:

  • Degree or above in accountancy
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in accounting in trading or buying in MNC 
  • Good command in MS Office and proficient excel skills
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
  • Self-motivated and good team spirit
