Our client is a sizable corporation with 500+ staff in HK. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following post:

Job Responsibilities:

  • l   Assist Head of Admin in formulating, implementing and reviewing administration policies, procedures and guidelines
  • l   Responsible for office administration duties include vendor management and central procurement tender management
  • l   Responsible for leasing issues and interior decoration
  • l   Managing 3 company drivers
  • l   Development needs and to ensure compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations

Job Requirements:

  • l   At least 7 years solid office administration experience
  • l   Good time management and quality control abilities
  • l   Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
  • l   Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
