Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-rounded personal and secretarial support
  • Handle all general administration works and office maintenance
  • Document handling and file management
  • Prepare and update varied companies’ legal and statutory documents for compliance purpose
  • Handle company secretary document – BVI
  • Liaise with audit firms or banks
  • Handle Document
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • High diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 years above relevant working experience in company secretary
  •  Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Mandarin is necessary
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant, well-organized, details-minded with strong senses of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
