Main Responsibilities:
- Perform all-rounded personal and secretarial support
- Handle all general administration works and office maintenance
- Document handling and file management
- Prepare and update varied companies’ legal and statutory documents for compliance purpose
- Handle company secretary document – BVI
- Liaise with audit firms or banks
- Handle Document
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years above relevant working experience in company secretary
- Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is necessary
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
- Pleasant, well-organized, details-minded with strong senses of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure
