Job duties:
• Collect, organize and maintain CSR (e.g. workplace safety, fair remuneration) and ESG-related data (e.g., energy use, carbon emissions, workforce diversity, etc.).
• Proven ability to review and verify factory audit reports
• Competence in preparing systematic and statistical reports
• Ensure suppliers across the whole supply chain meet CSR and social compliance minimum requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required compliance documents and follow up on initial information, and escalate critical issue finding to Senior colleagues
• Support ESG projects such as carbon reduction, waste management, and social responsibility initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the CSR/ESG team (file management, meeting notes, simple analysis).
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Credential such as ISO90000/SA8000 are advantageous but not mandatory
• Good knowledge of CSR and basic knowledge of ESG and sustainability.
• Familiarity with EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB, and CSRD reporting framework.
• Good communication and coordination skills to support cross-department and supplier collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage data and documentation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social compliance and ethical trading initiatives.
