Summary: Team building, Training arrangement, Organize activities

Responsibilities:

  • Support Head of Department to build employee development and engagement plan
  • Manage end to end employee development and engagement plan including but not limited to performance management, training, employee surveys, company culture and employee activities and wellbeing programme to align with the Group direction
  • Work closely across departments to actively identify opportunity to deliver the plan
  • Manage end to end – talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning
  • Leverage company online learning and engagement platform to facilitate the plan

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in HRM, Psychology ore related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
  • Good at written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point
  • Good team player, well organized and self-motivated
