Duties and requirement
- Degree
- 6-8 years in ecommerce
- Good in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
- Drive growth and revive a cool brand through the brand official website & marketplaces in APAC
- Support on site operations & merchandising for both official site & marketplaces
- Provide customer service and technical support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the e-commerce platform.
- Participate in the analysis of website analytics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience
- Maintain and update website content, product listings to enhance customer experience
- Manage online business including catalog, content, promotions and stock level
- Correlate with merchandising team to define the right offers for end consumers
- Build strong relationships with main business partners making sure the brand is being prioritized
- Generate daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly the sales report
