- Familiar to deal with China Government Departments for Factory affairs
- Keen on electric product production & operation in China factory
- Knowledge of ISO-9001
- Supervise and review team performance and motivate teamwork.

- Strong leadership ability and able to work independently.
- Ability to make production and Logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution.
