Factory size: 300 staff in Malaysia
FACTORY MANAGER POSITION
- In-charge of all activities of the whole factory including Production planning
Production, Process / Industrial Engineering, Facility Engineering, - Focus on cost control, labour reduction, productivity/efficiency
improvement - space utilization & WIP improvement by applying Lean
Manufacturing concept.
Requirements:
- 8 years in factory management or production management
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Good with computers (we have a in-house ERP on filemaker)
- 5 days stay in Malaysia
Work with product team on development progress checking to ensure it align with order placement and production timeline.
