Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Finance of the Company and GM of the subsidiary
- Analyze various financial indicators to evaluate the company’s financial performance; ensure effective business operation and provide professional advices to management team
- Responsible for the finance and accounting functions of a subsidiary company, including managing, preparing, reviewing and standardizing the financial statements and consolidated financial accounts, ensure the accuracy and compliance with financial rules, regulations, policies and accounting standards
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare Chinese Reports
- Assist in external audit
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
- Bachelor Degree major in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
- 5 years related solid experience in accounting & financial management
- Proficiency in MS Office application particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in Yonyou Accounting System preferred
- Experience in prepare consolidation financial statements preferred
- Good knowledge in PRC and Hong Kong Taxation, Accounting Rules and Regulations
- Work experience in Chinese-funded Enterprises is a MUST
