Requirement and duties:

  • Certificate in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience in Helpdesk IT  support
  • Provide helpdesk support 
  • IT issue include AD Window hardware software some server finance software.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Perform  devices hardware and software installation under required guidelines and compliances
  • Perform  devices troubleshooting and resolving under required guidelines and compliances
