Requirement and duties:
- Certificate in Computer Studies or equivalent
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience in Helpdesk IT support
- Provide helpdesk support
- IT issue include AD Window hardware software some server finance software.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Perform devices hardware and software installation under required guidelines and compliances
- Perform devices troubleshooting and resolving under required guidelines and compliances
