Job Duties :
- Lead and manage the operation of the HR & Admin. Department to perform a wide range of functions including recruitment, C&B, performance management, training & development, etc
- Overall support and develop the ongoing procedures within HR and admin. Operations
- Aaccountable for the revision, formulation, and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensure in compliance with related legal regulatory.
- Expand various learning initiative, crafting employee career plans, and execute training and development programs for employee’s development and corporate objectives.
- Familiar with Labor law in HK, China
- Handle All round of HR in HK, Need to handle Payroll in HK
- Review in HR & Office admin in China
Requirement :
- Degree
- Around 8 years exp in HR and Administration in Factory
- Well-versed in employment laws and other related legislations in HK & China.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5 days work
- Travel to China 2 days on each week
