Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including frontline recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF, performance management and staff discipline;
- Work closely with shop-in-charge on roster handling and operations team on manpower planning;
- Provide periodic HR reports to the Management;
- Take up other ad hoc assignments assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management or other relevant disciplines;
- At least 4 years’ solid work experience in human resources, preferably in F&B industry;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation;
- Hands on experience in HRone system is preferred;
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced catering environment;
- Mature, independent and detail-minded;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
