Assistant Human Resources Manager (Restaurant / F&B industry)(25-35K)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including frontline recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF, performance management and staff discipline;
  • Work closely with shop-in-charge on roster handling and operations team on manpower planning;
  • Provide periodic HR reports to the Management;
  • Take up other ad hoc assignments assigned by superior.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or other relevant disciplines;
  • At least 4 years’ solid work experience in human resources, preferably in F&B industry; 
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation;
  • Hands on experience in HRone system is preferred;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced catering environment;
  • Mature, independent and detail-minded;
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
