Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
- 8 years working experience in IT management and strong hands-on experience in networking, server, virtualization, security in Factory
- IT Project Management in Factory
- Solid experience in ERP system
- Result-oriented with capability to drive and motivate team members to work efficiently and innovatively
- High technology conscious, self-motivating and detail-minded
- Good in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the group’s IT strategy, aligning it with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- To manage infrastructure, system development and implementation and optimization to ensure operation stability and efficiency in ERP System
- Design and implement robust networking and system solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
- Enforce the Implementation and maintain security control measures in compliance with the security policies/standards/procedures;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking, system, and IT infrastructure management, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
