Job Responsibilities :
- Handle system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of information systems including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VM platform, and endpoints system.
- Configure security settings or access permissions.
- Control and monitor data, user drive, network access, backup system & restores.
- Prepare reports, business correspondences, procedures, and manuals as required.
Job Requirements :
- Degree holder in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years or above experience
- Solid hands-on experience in MS-AD, Azure Cloud, O365, Adobe Creative suite.
- Strong infrastructure skills in PC, MAC, Server, VSAN, SAN, NAS, Windows, VMWare, Firewall and Veeam.
- Work independently under pressure and deadlines.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua.
