Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and develop selling plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability.
- Establish effective margin and price control strategies that balance profitability and customer value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with retailers to optimize sales performance, including store layouts, promotions, and display techniques.
- Occasionally identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as sales manager or in similar sales leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify & HKTVmall) is preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
