Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling leasing, new letting, tenancy renewal, rent reviews of tenancies and support the Manager(s) or above of tenancy administration in Hong Kong or PRC
- Support Manager(s) or above to prepare annual budget and regular reforecast
- Co-ordinate with property management, technical services teams and other internal departments to ensure the provision of first class tenants management services and to achieve corporate objectives
- Support Manager(s) or above to coordinate and handle liaison related to asset enhancement projects
- Support the team in providing periodic cold calling, market research reports, analysis and rental proposal, etc.
- Handle all enquiries of leasing / complaints and prepare relevant legal documents
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in property leasing and marketing
- Hardworking, proven abilities in working independently and coordinating with agents / consultants / contractors to meet targets and secure deals
- Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good marketing and retail sense in both Hong Kong or PRC markets
- Good analytical and presentation skills with strong retail and marketing sense
- Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good Command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
