Key Responsibilities

  • Report to General manager
  • Supervsie 4 staff in HK
  • Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, receiving, delivery, dispatch of goods, and purchasing processes
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage the orders.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and customers to manage and optimize logistics systems, strictly control costs, ensuring efficient inventory flow and delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to identify and mitigate logistics risks and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate logistics operations across Hong Kong, China to tackle aging stock and slow-moving items
  • provide various performance report for stock forecast and strategic planning
  • Oversee global customs compliance, including accurate documentation, tariff classification, and adherence to different countries’ import/export regulations and trade policies.
  • Ensure compliance with work safety regulations, company policies, industry standards and ISO requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies including AI and IT systems to drive continuous improvement in logistic operations.

Requirements

  • College diploma or above; major is not limited.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or a related role in Optical
  • Familiar with the whole process of logistics transportation and international freight.
  • Familiar with logistics software, SAP systems, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Capable of supply chain cost control, process optimization and risk prevention.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and can make sense of ambiguous situations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal, suppliers and custome
