Responsibilities

  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and implement various marketing programs, digital marketing and online media strategies and campaigns
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Developed and manage the marketing department’s budget
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share
  • Generating new business leads
  • Use of Google Analytics and other analytic tools to analyze marketing activities and improve content, website traffic, social followers, email conversions and to optimize effectiveness, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 4 – 5 years of marketing-related environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools included but not limited to: Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search console
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
