Business: US Based Buying Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of appropriate sourcing opportunities by providing up-to-date supplier history/capability research and supplier “account” maintenance.
  • Assists with operational support for samples, Quality Assurance checks, documentation, supplier-buyer/customer communication, shipments and payments.
  • Provides responsive communications and background analysis for the development of supplier/staff profiles and market updates.
  • Supports the negotiation process by providing pertinent information, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • With some experience in merchandising.
  • Welcome fresh graduate from Poly U Textile & Clothing to apply
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office application.
  • Immediate available is preferred
