Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Merchandising Manager of the whole supply chain from factory sourcing, product development, order follow-up till shipment.
- Proactive on problem precaution and solving.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing and delivery schedules to fulfil the needs of the customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understand the current suppliers base, and source and develop new suppliers to fulfil the business goals and needs of the customers.
Requirements
- Well organized, attentive to details and problem solving
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Independent and excellent time management in meeting deadlines
- Excellent presentation and communication skill in both English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills in MS Office including Excel, Power Point
- Years of experience – between 3 – 5 years relevant job experience is required for Merchandiser
- Fresh Graduates / Less experience will consider to be Assistant Merchandiser
