Assistant Merchandiser / Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator (Japanese speaking)

Responsibilities:

  •     Orders follow up from development to production
  •     Liaise with factories and Japanese clients
  •     Maintain and update production records, system data
  •     Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:

  •     Higher diploma or above
  •     1-2 years’ relevant merchandising / Sales & Marketing experience
  •     High level of proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above)
  •     Sound knowledge in PC operations
  •     Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative
  •    Fresh graduates will also be considered
  •     Immediate available is preferred
