Business: USA based buying office
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for orders follow up, shipments and logistics related matters
- Prepare analytical customers and sales reports
- Arrange Sales Orders, PO and Invoices
- Samples follow up
- Monitor production status until shipment
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics company to make sure on time shipment
Requirements:
- DSE / Diploma holder
- At least 1-2 years related working experience, with experience gained from garment industry is an asset
- With shipping knowledge is an asset
- Good in English and Mandarin
- Detail minded, good in communication skills and organization skill
