Business:  USA based buying office


  • Responsible for orders follow up, shipments and logistics related matters  
  • Prepare analytical customers and sales reports
  • Arrange Sales Orders, PO and Invoices
  • Samples follow up
  • Monitor production status until shipment
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics company to make sure on time shipment


  • DSE / Diploma holder
  • At least 1-2 years related working experience, with experience gained from garment industry is an asset
  • With shipping knowledge is an asset
  • Good in English and Mandarin
  • Detail minded, good in communication skills and organization skill
