Job Scope

  • Control office stationery and supplies; and maintain a master inventory list
  • Responsible for internal relocation and office maintenance
  • Supervise work schedule for office assistants
  • Monitor of common spaces such as conference rooms, pantry, mailing room and reception
  • Team management (operation and people)
  • Task coordination and giving instructions
  • Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Maintain work accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Office Manager

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma
  • 5 years in office admin 
  • Detail mind, willing to learn
  • Good in english, good in mandarin
  • Practical knowledge in MS Office
