Job Scope
- Control office stationery and supplies; and maintain a master inventory list
- Responsible for internal relocation and office maintenance
- Supervise work schedule for office assistants
- Monitor of common spaces such as conference rooms, pantry, mailing room and reception
- Team management (operation and people)
- Task coordination and giving instructions
- Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Maintain work accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Office Manager
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma
- 5 years in office admin
- Detail mind, willing to learn
- Good in english, good in mandarin
- Practical knowledge in MS Office
