Operation Manager ( Corporate finance + Asset-back security) – Fintech

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate finance initiatives including financial advisory and fundraising activities specially asset-back security (ABS) transactions.
  • Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including drafting documentation, conducting due diligence and handling debt and equity financing.
  • Liaise with business units and internal teams for finance and accounting matters.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, other professional parties.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required.
  • Have an open and positive mindset with the ability of problem solving and are willing to accept and handle great challenges and disappointments.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences.
  • Ideal candidate with prior experience in credit financing and knowledge in equity/ debt financing including origination and securitisation is an advantage.
  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
  •  Immediate available is highly preferred.
