Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field is a must
- Minimum 8-10 years of solid experience in production and material control in the electronic manufacturing field
- Excellent communication , leadership , analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of electronic assembly
- Fluent in English , Cantonese or Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team, good team player, proactive and results oriented
- Good organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Station in Mexico is required
Responsibilities:-
- Lead the implementation of ERP system & oversee manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain a master production schedule to ensure production targets are met
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the material planning process
- Maintain the production capacity records of manufacturing sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Lead the material planning team and provide guidance and support to team members
- Maintain effective and visible stock control (SAP) and achieve optimal stock level
- Suppliers monitoring and material expediting to support relevant projects.
- Ensure regular performance monitoring and reporting on important deliverables, milestones and process throughout the supply chain.
- Support new product launches and critical deliveries.
