Job Duties:
- 8-10 years in Product Development in Optical
- Product management of assigned brands with overseas designer
- Plan and manage new product development projects for Asia collections
- Perform quality control and apply technical know-how to alert possible manufacturing defects with engineers during NPD processes
- Close collaboration with a team of designers from selection and frontline sales colleagues to understand the fashion trend
- Conduct sales performance feedback and maintain product life cycle
- Price setting, data management and coordination business activities
- Represent to attend annual product and marketing meeting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Minimum 8 years in Optical /Eyewear in trading or buying office
- Solid experience in Product development
- Strong knowledge of practices and procedures to effectively resolve workflow issues
- Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions
- Demonstrate experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals; understand group dynamics and team development
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
- Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- ERP application experience is preferable
