Assistant Product Marketing Executive / Product Marketing Executive – Trading or factory

Job Description

• To execute and implement the product launch plans and activities to ensure that products are developed and
• delivered to meet identified customer needs in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy.
• Execute new product launch plan, and launch process arrangement (including organizing of product launch kit, product training, sales tools, etc.) to ensure the achievement of any agreed performance targets.
• Collect sales data and customer voices via various sales channels to ensure the accurate and effective evaluation of new product launches. Analyze data and provide ideas supporting new product launches
• Provide, execute and follow up any remedial actions required in new and existing products to ensure the achievement of any agreed performance targets.
• Provide research, analysis and report about customer needs to ensure the timely provision of information which supports the product development function.
• Provide product training to sales functions to ensure they can accurately deliver the product concepts, functions and benefits to the distributors or relevant markets to support their sales activities
• Provide necessary information for the product growth‐share matrix and provide ideas about new product development to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage in all relevant markets.
• Provide research, analysis and report about competitors’ product developments to ensure the timely provision of
• information which supports the company’s decision making.
• Handle product collateral including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines or other relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years or above of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent presentation skills
• Well‐organized, work independently and a good team player
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Outgoing and self‐motivated
• Able to travel
