Responsibilities:
- Furniture and accessories outsource support
- Factory visits at furniture white works stages / finished product stages
- Shop drawing approval to Designer approval status
- Liaise with client / contractor to correctly phase the delivery schedule for all areas on the project
- Liaise with the Warehouse to set-up a delivery area for the Project / Show Flat and arrange a system for delivery of miscellaneous goods and recording of such deliveries
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience in similar field
- Good knowledge of site management and decision-making ability
- Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Language
- Proficient in PC based program, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc.
- Candidate with FURNITURE knowledge is an added advantage
