Duties:

Establishment and development of the business of the company in sales and marketing of all products.

  • Carrying out liaison with qualified distributor, key accounts and influencers for developing marketing and sales strategies and the implementation of such strategies as well as developing well awareness.
  • Handling complaints from end customers, dealers, agent for all aspects and looking for solution to reach three-win situation. customers including contractors, 
  • General aspects on communication with overseas office and vendor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferrable overseas universities’ graduates
  • At least 4-6 years sales experience in LED/ Lighting 
  • Understanding of lighting control or building management protocole
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and willing to work under pressure
  • Proactive personality, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Versatile in MS office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, additional Asian language would be a benefit
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
